A fabulous quality and decorative 19th Century ebonized boulle pier cabinet, profusely inlaid all over with brass and ormolu mounts, the ebonized top with an ormolu moulded edge and brass inlaid frieze below, the single door has an oval panel at the centre, opening to reveal a red velvet lined interior with a fixed single shelf, lovely quality ormolu mounts through out the cabinet including various figure heads, supported on an ebonized shaped plinth decorated with further ormolu moulding. This cabinet is in fantastic condition for its age. Circa 1860.
