19th Century Japanese inlaid table top cabinet on stand

19th Century freestanding Japanese black lacquered table top cabinet on stand (Ko-dansu) from the Meiji period (1868-1912) profusely inlaid all over with floral inlay, with the top of the cabinet and the front door panels having a detailed nature scene including various foliage and birds, the two doors opening to reveal a selection of seven drawers with the original brassware, the drawer fronts are also inlaid in the same style as the rest of the cabinet, above the doors there is a single frieze drawer. A truly decorative item and in great condition. Circa 1880.
