19th Century burr walnut writing table, having a moulded edge kidney shaped top with a green leather writing surface decorated with blind and gold tooling, the back of the top having a pierced brass gallery, the frieze below having a single mahogany lined drawer at the front with carved floral decoration underneath, supported on four cabriole legs with carved scroll decoration, with lovely quality brass mounts. this writing table is in excellent condition and has a lovely warm walnut colour. Circa 1860.
