Mid 19th Century mahogany serpentine sideboard, having a lovely figured serpentine shaped top, the front of the sideboard looking like it has a combination of five drawers but in fact it has a large deep drawer to the left, fitted cutlery drawer at the centre and a cupboard door to the right which opens to reveal a large compartment space, the drawer / door fronts all have original brass plate handles and are crossbanded, shaped apron at the centre decorated with fan inlay, as well as the top of the legs, standing on square tapering legs terminating on spade feet. Circa 1840.
