Pair of early 19th Century Spanish marble top commodes

A fabulous pair of Spanish (mallorcan) early 19th Century marble top commodes of serpentine form, inlaid and veneered in exotic woods such as rosewood, walnut, yew wood and boxwood, having the original white marble tops above a frieze drawer with inlaid floral decoration on the drawer fronts, this same inlaid pattern is also on the apron drawer at the bottom of the commodes, each commode having three deep drawers with raised panels on each drawer, the front of each commode having wonderful stylised inlaid pattern, with turned columns each end with caved and gilded mounts, another drawer at the bottom in the form of the apron, supported on bun feet. Circa 1830.
