A decorative pair of early 20th Century carved armchairs in the Carolean style, upholstered in green leather with brass stud decoration, shaped and carved arms with acanthus leaf decoration with finely turned arm supports, standing on bold carved paw feet united by turned side and central stretchers, having a wonderfully carved front rail incorporating carved shell decoration. Circa 1920.
