Superb quality large 19th Century mahogany desk

A stunning and important 19th Century mahogany writing table / desk standing on four fabulous carved cabriole legs, on each side are two faux drawers and one working drawer in the middle, then on each end is a fitted drawer with a green leather writing slope and various compartments, the top of the desk is crossbanded with a moulded edge and a green leather writing surface with blind and gold tooling to match the writing surfaces in the drawers. Lovely colour and in excellent condition. Circa 1860.
